Building and Presenting a Powerful Story

A new business and a new team urgently needed help in buffing up the presentation skills of its managers who were tasked with marketing a new range of services throughout the UK.

Real Coaching Solutions designed a fun, interactive and challenging development day where managers practised their skills in presenting ideas and topics, in a safe and enjoyable environment whilst learning new tools and techniques. Everyone then completed a self assessment and identified their own personal development needs to be supported through one to one coaching sessions All of this was supported by a comprehensive workbook which provided additional resources and information.

The coaching sessions helped each manager focus on their own challenges and helped them to think about the wider communication and relationship issues that would be involved in making presentations to a wide range of audiences.

To complete the Presentation Skills Development Programme a review day gave the managers the opportunity to demonstrate how they had developed, to complete a final evaluation of their progress and of course to celebrate their success.

A one day course alone, would not have achieved the sustainable and personal changes that were evident in each manager. The additional one to one coaching and support provided the much needed attention, focus and encouragement to build confidence and stretch talents for everyone concerned.
